Vintage Linen

Please note that we use vintage linen to make our bags. This means that some small imperfections are to be expected. It is not in the ethos of our brand and our clients to eliminate and produce waste, quite the opposite.

Returns 

We accepts returns within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: La Maison en Pierre, Anna Covelli, 17-19 rue Victor Hugo, Beausoleil 06240, France

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds  
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges  
We do not replace bags as each La Maison en Pierre handbag is unique. Should your bag be damaged during the shipping process, we will refund you upon provision of photos and description for insurance purposes.

Shipping
We do our best to get your bag to you as fast as possible. In Europe, we use tracked fast mail. For the rest of the world we use the courier services of DHL Express. Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery; however, should you need any assistance, do not hesitate to contact us info@lamaisonenpierreshop.com
