Terms and Conditions

The client has the right to return the item without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days, effective from the date of delivery of the purchased Products based on the following general conditions:

The return can be made, as per the terms of the previous paragraph, by returning the purchased products, prior to the necessary activation of the return procedure by contacting La Maison en Pierre via the e-mail address “info@lamaisonenpierreshop.it”.

In order to reserve the right to return the item, the client must preserve the integrity of the products that are to be returned. In particular, the products will not be utilized, worn, washed or damaged.

The right of withdrawal, cancellation or return, which will otherwise be applicable, is excluded in the event of customized products. The customization is done through the embroidery or embroidery specifically requested by the customer at time of purchase.

Expenses incurred when the products are returned will be charged to the client.

When the right of return is correctly exercised, La Maison en Pierre will proceed with the reimbursement of the sum, according to the same criteria with which the client made the payment, within and no more than 30 days from the date on which the right of return was acknowledged, effective upon the receipt of the product.

Applicable laws

The general conditions of sale are regulated by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, in the first article of the Consumer Code “Consumer right in contracts”, with special reference to the norm of long distance contracts and by legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic trading.

Except in the case that the applicable legislation provides a different exclusive Court, all disputes howsoever about interpretation or execution of the general sale conditions and contracts, stipulated in compliance with the same, they shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Milan Court, with the parties specifically renouncing to any other competitor and / or alternative court.
